Are you a busy introvert and struggling with coming up with creative thoughts? You’re stuck in a rut creatively? Then this very simple tip can easily get you back on track! And that is: Take one day per week for yourself - where you’re mostly (ideally totally, depending on how busy you’ve been) by yourself! And do whatever you want to do (hopefully something that is not destructive or harmful, but actually good for you). Often times people start their self-development journey disliking or even hating their own personality and then try their hardest to become more like other personality types. And that alone can be their biggest obstacle to improving themselves! 🧗‍♀️ Recently my client asked: “I’m an introvert and trying to act more extroverted, e.g take more initiative etc. Does that mean I’m changing who I truly am?” Introverted Feeling (Fi) norms are always originating from and tied to the individual - their personal views and preferences. Whereas Extroverted Feeling (Fe) is always looking first at their surroundings and the situation to gather and adapt to or establish moral norms. “Is the AESTHETE personality always focused on their own appearance/looks?” Actually no, you can be an Aesthete who prioritises their morals/feelings over their own appearance.
